What is a dry hire bar?

Dry hire means you supply the alcohol and we provide everything else — the trailer, staff, mixers, garnishes, cups, ice, and setup. You stay in control of what you purchase and at market price. We'll send you a buying guide once your menu is set.
Do you ever provide alcohol?

No. Blissful Taste never purchases or supplies alcohol. Our dry hire package is built around you bringing the alcohol and us handling everything else.
What's included in each package?

Both packages include the trailer, full setup and takedown, experienced staff, drinks, all cups and supplies, ice, napkins, and a custom drink menu card. The non-alcoholic package covers dirty sodas and mocktails. The dry hire package adds cocktails when you provide the alcohol.
Can I have a custom signature drink?

Absolutely — it's one of our most popular add-ons. We'll name and craft a drink just for your event. Couples often name it after themselves and feature it prominently on the menu card.
How far in advance should I book?

We recommend reaching out at least 3–6 months before your event date, especially for peak wedding season (May–October). That said, reach out regardless — we'll let you know what's available.
How much space does the trailer need?

The trailer needs approximately X feet of clearance and a level surface. We'll confirm specific requirements when we discuss your venue.
What is your service area?

We're based in Herriman, UT and primarily serve the greater Salt Lake Valley. Reach out if you're outside this area — we'll do our best to accommodate.
Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A signed contract and non-refundable deposit are required to hold your date. We'll cover the details when we send your quote.
When is the final payment due?

Final payment is due approximately one month before your event date.
What if my guest count changes?

No problem. We set a final headcount deadline about one month before your event — you can adjust your count and pricing up until that date.
